  1. DO I NEED TO PAY ADDITIONAL FOR OVERSEA SHIPPING FEES?

NO, LISTED PRICE INCLUDED OVERSEA SHIPPING FEES with self collection. (In progress : Updating listing price)


  1. HOW TO ORDER FOR PRE-ORDER[PO] ITEMS? (Order in 5 steps)

STEP 1: CONTACT US to check for item availability.

STEP 2: PAY DEPOSIT

  • Place deposit to secure your pre-order slot and price

  • Fill up order form, Paynow deposit, and share us receipt.

STEP 3: PAY LEFT OVER

    • Notify around "Product Est completion date"

    • Once notify, please pay within 5 DAYS as per studio requested

STEP 4: COLLECT GK

    • Notify after around 6 WEEKS from the "Product Est completion date"

    • Free: Self-collect at Sengkang MRT/block

    • Charge under buyer: Grab express delivery

STEP 5: ENJOY

  • TAKE TIME to enjoy your GK after long wait :)

** "Est completion date" can be found at product page. Q means Quarter of the year, example, Q1 - Jan to March.


  1. WHAT IS OVERSEA READY STOCK?

  • READY STOCK which store at OVERSEA studio warehouse

  • FULL PAYMENT ONLY.

  • Oversea delivery takes around 6 - 7 WEEKS IF WITHOUT DELAY.


  1. CAN I REFUND MY DEPOSIT OR FULL PAYMENT?

All fund are NON-REFUNDABLE as your payment will be directly paid to the Studio.


  1. WHAT DO I DO WHEN MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED?

We takes extreme care in handling to minimize the risk. However, most of the figurines made with resin which is fragile. Some parts might be damaged during shipping. Don't be scare! We will do everything that within our power to SUPPORT you! Please contact us with clear photos & video of the damages (during unboxing if possible), and we will help you to go through the correct process in getting the issue resolved.

Please bare in mind that we are just the MIDDLEMAN and we do not have the control over the studios procedures. The studios are the ones that decide what solutions are available or possible, and every situation is handled on a case by case basis.


  1. IS IT COMMON TO SAW SMALL CHIPPINGS ON THE STATUES?

Yes, its COMMON to saw small chips on statues due to oversea shipping. It can be fix using EPOXY GLUE. Small chips is depended on the design of the statues and studio packaging method. LESS THAN 5% of the statues has this issue.


  1. WHAT IF I DONT ACCEPT POINT 6 OR 7?

NO SELLERS ABLE TO AVOID 6 or 7. If this is the case, please RECONSIDER your purchase.


  1. WHY MY ITEM DELAYED?

OVERSEA SHIPPING FACED some delay due to LOGISTICS OR UNFORESEEN ISSUES such as COVID-19. STUDIO sometime FACED DIFFICULTIES IN PRODUCTION such as defect, quality issues, and logistics issues. Please do wait patiently as it might DELAY around 1 QUARTER. However, we will try OUR BEST TO PUSH THEM before the est completion date given.


  1. WHY WAS MY PRE-ORDER CANCELLED IN THE MID-WAY?

It is due to the studio's product quality issues or other reasons that caused them to stop the particular GK production. You will be FULLY REFUNDED.


  1. WHY STGK IS NO LONGER AT SHOPIFY?

Due to Shopify high transaction fees (3.2% + SGD 0.5 per EACH credit card transaction) and strict trademarks policy, we make a decision to move our product FULLY to Carousell SG on 28 Jan 2022. Read more here.
